Architectural Committee Purpose
The mission of the Architectural Committee is to review for approval all proposed exterior improvements and new construction upon any property within the Cloisters subdivision, subject to the jurisdiction of the Cloisters Homeowners Association. The purpose for this is to preserve the integrity and property values of the neighborhood. Approval is required for any exterior alteration or addition to the house. Landscaping which could change the contour or the grade of the lot must also be pre-approved.
As set forth in the Declaration of Restrictions governing the Cloisters Development, recorded in Vol. 89 Page 249, Mahoning County Records and Plats (“Deed Restrictions”), all improvements must be approved by the Architectural Committee in writing before construction begins.
